My house was on the market for all of 25 days !!! That it self speaks volumes! The quality of services marketing tactics guidance and truly professional approach that Jessica Howard delivered throughout this process was consistently easy to understand thorough timely, and understandable. As a first time home seller, and as someone that is not familiar with real estate contracts or a lot of the formalities that are involved in this process, Jessica insured, I was comfortable informed and represented genuinely. There were some negotiations and back-and-forth that needed to take place between the buyers and ourselves, and Jessica seamlessly tackled that coordination and process smoothly.
